يُعد مجمع اكسل كير الطبي منشأة صحية ملتزم بأنظمة ولوائح وزارة الصحة وقد تم اعتماد لائحة الأسعار من قبل المظلة الرسمية
يمكن تقسيط مبالغ الفواتيرعن طريق شركات التقسيط المعتمدة .
العروض والخصومات لمرجعي النقد فقط وغير شاملة للتأمين
يتم إبقاء المبلغ كرصيد يمكن الاستفادة منه لنفس الخدمات أو خدمات أخرى خلال مدة لا تزيد عن ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ الدفع .
يحق للمراجع الاستفادة من باقي المبلغ المدفوع في حالة عمل جزء من الخدمة .
في حالة وجود خصم على الخدمة المقدمة يتم احتساب الخدمة بسعرها الأصلي أثناء خصم قيمتها من المبلغ .
سياسة الإسترداد
- يتم طلب الإسترداد قبل تقديم الخدمة أو البدء فيها , ويتم هذا عبر تعبئة النموذج الخاص من قبل المراجع على أن يكون ذلك خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ الدفع , يُستثنى في ذلك موافقة الإدارة الطبية والإدارية في الحالات التالية : ( وجود مانع صحي , عدم توفر الخدمة المدفوعة , الدفع نقداً ثم الحصول على موافقة شركة التأمين على ذات الخدمة ) .
- في حالة الانتهاء من الخدمة لا يحق للمراجع بأي حال من الأحوال المطالبة باسترداد المبالغ المدفوعة مقابل هذه الخدمات .
- في حال كانت الخدمة على التأمين الطبي وتم البدء بتقديم الخدمة فلا يمكن طلب إلغاء الموافقة .
- يتم الإسترداد خلال 20 يوم عمل من تاريخ تقديم الطلب .
- يُخصم 10% رسوم إدارية من قيمة الفاتورة النقد , كما يُخصم 20% رسوم إدارية من قيمة فاتورة التقسيط ( تابي , تمارا , تسهيل ) .
أحكام الليزر
- يحق للمراجع استخدام جلسات البكجات خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ الفوترة .
- عدم الحضور للموعد في حالة تأكيد الموعد يتم خصم 50% من قيمة الجلسة .
